The Yardenit

Full of cool points on the southern Jordan, turquoise water and full of seating and even sleeping places, Tarzan swings and slacklines.

Yardenit is the name of the baptismal site 2 km north, but it is also the name of the southern part of the Jordan river, where it spills out of the Sea of Galilee.

Along the Jordan there are lots of great points with good access to water, there are many rope swings, beautiful corners, and trees for the Salcklining.

The turquoise water is clean, a pity that all the banks of the river are packed with garbage.

Public Transport
Every bus that travels from Tiberias to Tzemach Junction, descends in Kibbutz Degania or Kibbutz Kinneret.
