Here is a recipe for an (almost) all nature mustard.
You will need a pair of gloves, a clean bucket, a sieve, a hand blender or other better idea and a good seed filter idea.
Of course it is possible and desirable to play with the quantities, but here is our recipe.
- 15 teaspoons crushed mustard in blender.
- 6 teaspoons of honey.
- 9 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.
- 3 teaspoons salt.
- 9 teaspoons of water.
Mix everything in a jar and VIOLA.
Let sit in the fridge for a bit to let it form
